Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it — unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging with all accessories and components included
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@zenithmusclefitness.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@zenithmusclefitness.com with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround for getting you the right product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@zenithmusclefitness.com.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: items that have been assembled and used, items without original packaging, or items purchased during final-sale promotions (clearly marked at time of purchase).
