By accessing and placing an order with Zenith Muscle Fitness (ABN pending), you confirm you are in agreement with and bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

2. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Delivery

We offer free delivery to Brisbane metropolitan areas. Delivery to regional Queensland and interstate is available at additional cost. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. Weight Capacity and Safety

All equipment has specified weight capacity ratings. Users must not exceed these limits. Zenith Muscle Fitness accepts no liability for injuries or damage resulting from improper use, exceeding weight limits, or failure to follow assembly instructions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
