Thank you for shopping with Zenith Pilates. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
  • All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for large or heavy items

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item has been used, assembled, or is not in a resaleable condition.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Email: support@zenithmusclefitness.com with your order number and photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you
  • We will organise return freight collection for faulty items

4. Warranty

All products sold by Zenith Pilates come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

  • Structural defects in frames and welds
  • Faulty mechanical components
  • Defective upholstery (not including normal wear and tear)

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, or use beyond the rated weight capacity.

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@zenithmusclefitness.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number
  4. Ship the item to the address provided — we recommend using a tracked service
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after approval
  • Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been assembled or used
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (marked as final sale)
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items without original packaging or missing components

8. Large Item Returns (Freight)

For large or heavy equipment (e.g., Smith machines, reformers, racks), please contact us before initiating a return. Return freight for large items must be arranged with our logistics team to ensure safe handling. Customers are responsible for return freight costs on change of mind returns.
