This page lists every warranty claim submitted to Zenith Pilates since the business began operating. Claims are published with the customer's permission, anonymised to first name and suburb only, and updated as cases are received and resolved. The intent is straightforward: anyone considering a purchase should be able to see the full after-sales picture, not a curated version of it.

How our warranty works

All Zenith Pilates reformers carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers the following:

• Structural defects in aluminium and oak wood frames
• Faulty carriage wheels, bearings, or tracks present at the time of delivery
• Defective springs, ropes, or pulleys that fail under normal use conditions
• Hardware failures (bolts, brackets, foot bar fittings) attributable to manufacturing error
• Upholstery or padding defects present at delivery or arising from a manufacturing fault within the warranty period

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect assembly or failure to follow the assembly instructions supplied
• Wear consistent with regular use (surface scuffs, minor rope fraying after extended use, foam compression over time)
• Damage resulting from use outside the stated weight capacity or intended purpose
• Items that have been modified, repaired by a third party, or stored in conditions outside normal indoor use

Claim process:

1. Email support@zenithmusclefitness.com with the subject line Warranty Claim – [Order Number].
2. Include your order number, a description of the fault, and at least two photographs clearly showing the defect.
3. Zenith Pilates will acknowledge the claim within 2 business days and advise the next step — which may be a replacement part, a full unit replacement, or a return for inspection, depending on the nature of the fault.
4. Approved claims for customers in Brisbane metro are resolved with direct collection and replacement or repair at no additional cost. Customers outside Brisbane metro will be provided a prepaid return label for warranty-related returns.

This page updates whenever a claim is received and resolved. Cases are published with the customer's permission and anonymised to first name initial and suburb. Where a claim is ongoing, it will be listed as pending until resolution is confirmed by both parties.

Why we publish this

Most fitness equipment companies do not disclose warranty claim data. There is no regulatory requirement to do so, and publishing it creates accountability that silence does not. Zenith Pilates publishes this record because the absence of a warranty claim log is itself a marketing tool for less transparent operators — it allows them to present a clean after-sales image regardless of actual performance. A public case file means the data is verifiable, not just asserted. If problems arise with any reformer model, they will appear here. That commitment is more useful to a prospective buyer than any warranty marketing copy.

If you have a warranty issue

Contact Zenith Pilates directly by email. Do not return goods without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Include the following in your initial email:

• Full name and delivery address
• Order number (found on your confirmation email or invoice)
• Date of delivery
• Description of the fault — when it was first noticed, under what conditions, and whether it has worsened
• At least two photographs showing the fault clearly; video is accepted and encouraged for mechanical issues

Claims submitted without an order number or photographic evidence will be followed up before assessment can begin, which adds time to resolution. Providing complete information at first contact is the fastest path to an outcome.
